Privacy Statement

In order for Lauranka New Zealand Ltd to conduct our day-to-day business with our customers and suppliers (including, but not necessarily limited to Customer Support, Notifications, Billing and Marketing) we collect personal information either from you (or via 3rd party publicly available sources*) , including the following:

  • Company Name

  • Contact Information

  • Billing and/or Purchase Information

*For the above if relevant or applicable we may also use publicly available sources (i.e. your Website, Companies Office, etc.).

Besides our staff, where relevant we may share this information with our Insurers and Legal advisers in order to ensure we are appropriately covered and indemnified for our commercial activity.

In addition to the above from time to time it may be necessary for our contract IT support partners/providers to have access to our servers, etc. to enable system upgrades, IT support and server migrations, etc. Where such access is provided it is done so only at the express request of Lauranka New Zealand Ltd and only for the purposes requested.

Although providing some information is optional, for clients contracting our services and products if you choose not to provide contact and billing information Lauranka New Zealand Ltd unfortunately will be unable to provide contractual services and/or product.


Lauranka New Zealand Ltd stores client information both in-house on our secure servers, (including removable/rotating storage devices) and backed up as appropriate to reputable 3rd Party Cloud based storage facilities.


As part of our support services (i.e. support query, development and/or customisation, etc.) Lauranka New Zealand Ltd may access or obtain (with permission from a client) their Lauranka System and/or Lauranka Software Database.

Where such access is granted our access will be limited to our Lauranka Software and supporting files for the express purpose of the support being undertaken. Unless otherwise requested (and tools provided by the client) our primary method of remote access is via TeamViewer.

Where we obtain a copy of a client’s Lauranka Software Database it will only be used for the purpose(s) requested and will be securely deleted at the end of the support process.
