The following link offers a QuickSupport service to allow us to provide remote access if you don't already have TeamViewer.

Click on the below TeamViewer Remote Support link. This will download 'TeamViewerQS.exe' to your Download folder.
 
Once downloaded simply run this file to allow for remote access.
