PRODUCT SUPPORT AGREEMENT (PSA)

Important Please Note

Depending upon when you first licensed your Lauranka Software your  Product Support Agreement (PSA) renewal will either Annually or by Month(s).

Which applies to you:

For Lauranka Software solutions initially licensed and supplied prior to 1st April 2024 (and covered by an Annual Product Support (PSA) agreement)

  • The Product Support Agreement (PSA) period for your software runs from the 1st April to the 31st March each year. If you are getting a PSA expiry notification displaying on your software it means the PSA period for your current software expired on the 31st of March.

For all new Lauranka Software Solutions licensed and initially supplied from the 1st April 2024.

  • The Product Support Agreement (PSA) period for your software expires on the last day of the each month (or months if you have chosen to greater than one (1) month) periods).

 

In either case please ensure you update your Annual PSA Code(s) by no later than the 10th day of the month following expiry to allow continued use of the software. Your renewal codes will be (unless otherwise detailed) contained in the body on your PSA renewal invoice.

Renewal Instructions for updating your Lauranka Software Product Support Agreement (PSA) Code(s) are detailed below

The Product Support Agreement (PSA) License Fee is compulsory and forms part of Lauranka's Software Licensing Agreement. Paying and renewing your PSA License Fee not only allows for the software to activate for the coming PSA period (Annually or Monthly depending on the License you have), but also entitles you to Lauranka Time Clock and/or Lauranka COMMS support, including access (via our Website) to any updates to your standard current software version.

Our support staff can be accessed via several channels including phone and e-mail

 

Please note that in addition to the PSA License Fee there is a small Media and Distribution charge (for those on the older Annual PSA License renewal). Traditionally this covered the Annual PSA Renewal CD, Postage, etc., whereas more recently this same charge covers the process behind developing and maintaining the Annual PSA Codes and the related distribution and support associated with these codes. We have endeavored to maintain this Fee at a minimal level and it is in-line with the Fee detailed on your original PSA Licensing Agreement.

Finally, although we do our best to ensure the PSA amount remains unchanged, from time to time your PSA amount may be subject to change to reflect increased support and development costs. If there are any increases we will endeavor to keep these as minimal as possible.

How to Renew Your Annual PSA

The process to renew your Lauranka Software for the new PSA period is now incredibly simple. If you are unsure of the process please just follow the instructions below.

Where to find your Annual PSA Renewal Code(s)

Your new Annual PSA Renewal Code(s) for your Lauranka Software are contained on your Annual PSA Invoice which we send out late February each year. These  Code(s) will need to be entered into your Lauranka Software (per below examples) by the 28th April to renew your PSA for the coming 12 months and ensure ongoing use.

Please note your Annual PSA Invoice will ONLY SHOW renewal codes/detail for the relevant Lauranka Software Module you are currently licensed for. Guides on how to enter the code for each Module you may have are detailed separately below. If you DO NOT have the module you DO NOT need to enter the code.

How to enter your PSA Renewal Code for Lauranka Time Clock

To enter the Code please double-click on the PSA Expiry Code as highlighted on the Screen below and enter your Code (the full alpha numeric code).

 

(Please Remember if you are also running COMMS Sigma and/or COMMS these codes will also need to be entered separately)

Lauranka COMMS Sigma

To enter the Code please double-click on the PSA Expiry Code as highlighted on the Screen below and enter your Code (the full alpha numeric code).

You will only need to enter this code if you are running one of the newer generation Readers (Sigma and MorphoWave).

You will only need to enter this code if you are running one of the older generation Readers (MTX, 3G V-Station and 4G V-Station)
