DELIVERY OF SERVICES DURING LOCKDOWN

 

As a supplier to a large number of Supermarkets, Food Production, Food Processing and Hospital/Healthcare providers (Essential Services) the team here will still be operating, albeit in a limited capacity (working remotely) to support our customers during the Lock Down period. For Helpdesk support please continue to contact us through the normal channels. In terms of despatch of products, where these are for Essential Services clients we will work hard to ensure these are despatched in a timely manner.

MorphoWave Contactless Handwave Reader

 

With the developing situation around COVID-19, over the past week we have seen a significant increase in demand and uptake of the MorphoWave Contactless Handwave Reader from Essential Services for their staff to Clock In and Out of work.

 

With this increase in demand we are doing our best to try and gage and plan required stock. If you are wanting to place an order for these Reader(s) please can you advise us as soon as practically possible so we can plan and allocate accordingly. Although generally in terms of stock allocation, we provide on a first-come-first served basis, where stocks may be limited (by agreement) preference will be provided to Essential Services first.

HYGIENE CONSIDERATIONS WITH BIOMETRIC READERS

With the concern around the Coronavirus we thought it prudent to discuss some hygiene protocols around the use of contact based Biometric Readers. Being contact based, like any other surface that may be touched repetitively, often in quick succession by multiple different individuals there is no ultimate and consistently practical way to keep the surface clean at all times.

 

The recommendation we have received outside of a common sense approach to hygiene (please refer to the Ministry Of Health advice on Coronavirus - Click Here) is to provide hand sanitiser so employees can use it directly after Clocking. If you do feel a non-contact option is preferable than we do have the stunning new MorphoWave Contactless HandWave Reader.
