In the rare event that you encounter an Duplicate ID Error as per the below warning. Don't panic it just means that the internal indexes within the Import Table require re-indexing.

This is a simple process, all you need to do is do the following

  1. Ensure all users are out of the software (so only one user remains, i.e. you)

  2. From the ‘Main Menu’ go to ‘Setup’

  3. Select ‘System’ (far right-hand side)

  4. Select ‘Fix Import Data’ and select
