Software and Hardware Pricing Information
(Pricing correct as at 1st April 2024)
Please note with the below our Time Clock solutions are split into two parts in respect of pricing (being Software and Hardware) –
For the Software there is no minimum term (we just require a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice.) The Hardware (Clocking Readers) can either be purchased or rented. However please note rental of the hardware is subject to a minimum 36 month term.
Pricing is in New Zealand Dollars, excludes any taxes and is subject to change without notice.
Software* - This is licensed on a monthly subscription basis (referred to as a Monthly Product Support Agreement (PSA) License Fee) and is
based on the number of employees and optional software modules required. An active subscription allows for access to our Help Desk and support facilities, as well as ongoing use of the software.

Per Month Fee – A base charge of $25+GST, plus
- Up to 100 Employee Capacity
$10+GST per 10 employee capacity/break
For Example: For 28 Employees = $25 (base charge) + $30 (3 x $10) = $55+GST per month
- Over 100 Employee Capacity
Up to the first 100 employees $10+GST per 10 employee capacity/break, thereafter $5+GST per 10 employee capacity/break
For Example: For 138 Employees = $25 (base charge) + $100 (10 x $10) + $20 (4 x $5) = $145+GST per month
Plus Software Add-on’s/Upgrades (add as/if required)

*Software is defined as Lauranka New Zealand Ltd’s (Series 3) Time and Attendance Software and/or Lauranka COMMS Sigma Software. In respect of the on-going monthly subscription fee although it is our desire to maintain pricing as steady as possible, it may be necessary from time to time to adjust this pricing. If this is going to occur we will endeavor to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice. There is no minimum Software subscription term.
In terms of billing the Monthly PSA License Fee for the sake of efficiency Lauranka New Zealand Ltd can bill in advance and provide renewal codes for more than one (1) month at any one time (up to a maximum of 12 months). There is no minimum Software subscription term, however please note any Monthly PSA License Fee paid is non-refundable (even if it covers more than one (1) monthly cycle).
For any Lauranka Time Clock Series 3 users who initially licensed their solutions prior to 31st March 2024 (and are subject to an Annual Product Support (PSA) please contact us direct as an alternative pricing model will apply

Important Please Note:
The above pricing is for supply only and does not include installation.
^Rental – The rental rates shown are a per month fee based on a minimum term of 36 months. Rental options only available for New Zealand customers only.
* The above prices are subject to change without notice. In order to maintain an ACTIVE license the on-going Monthly (PSA) License Fee is compulsory and forms part of this Software Licensing Agreement with the SOFTWARE. Although we will endeavor to keep any increase in the Monthly (PSA) License Fee to a minimum, from time to time it may be necessary to adjust the Fee. Where the Monthly (PSA) License Fee is adjusted, the new Monthly (PSA) License Fee will take precedent and supersede the existing Monthly (PSA) License Fee for all new and existing users. Notice of both current and any upcoming price changes will be displayed on our website (www.lauranka.com). The Monthly (PSA) License Fee is billed in advance of the required period. Please note in respect of billing your Monthly (PSA) License Fee, renewal invoices will be issued/sent on or about the 20th day of each month (or renewal month) for the following month(s) billing period. To validate your Monthly (PSA) License Fee and maintain your Software License, payment of the account in full is due no later than the last day of the month in which the invoice was generated , i.e. prior to the start of the actual period being invoiced for (For example a Monthly PSA License Fee billed on the 20th April 2024 is due for payment in full by the 30th April 2024). Failure to pay by this date may cause a delay in issuing your next invoice and renewal codes or a cancellation in your Software License.
Activation/renewal of your Software subscription requires not only payment of the Monthly (PSA) License Fee in full (for the month(s) invoiced), but also the entry of PSA renewal codes for the related period. In respect of supplying these PSA renewal codes to allow for ongoing use of the Software, at Lauranka New Zealand Ltd's discretion these may be sent either with the billing invoice or separate (subject to payment being received), and likewise may cover more than one (1) monthly cycle.
In respect of methods of payment this will be advised at Lauranka New Zealand Ltd's discretion based on region and ease of payment. But for New Zealand based clients this will be via direct credit, whereas for clients outside of New Zealand via a 3rd party payment processor like PayPal or similar.
